Aquatic Classes
Classes that utilize the slide provide skill-specific training and focus
on muscular endurance for the abductor and adductor muscles (inner and
outer thighs). Aqua classes provide muscular strength and endurance
training without the impact of a weighted apparatus.

AQUA FITNESS:
Minimal impact, high intensity workout in the water that utilizes body
buoyancy and resistance. May use aqua steps or a resistance training
apparatus.
