Class Descriptions
- New Beginnings: All Levels
Low-moderate impact. Combinations of floor
aerobics. Step & Weight Training. 1 hour
- Aquatics: All Levels Combines
Hi-Low cardio segments with dance/calisthenics
1 hour.
- High-Low: Moderate To Advanced Levels
This class is broken down into four 15 minute
segments: warm up, stretch, moderate to
high aerobics+/or Step, strength training, cool
down & stretch. 1 hour
- T.B.C. (Total Body Conditioning) Moderate
to High Levels. Its our chisel class added with
various cardio-segments ( floor or Step)
Awesome class. 1 Hour
- Chisel: All Levels. 1 Hour of body sculpting
using all the major muscle groups.
Recommended 2-3 times per week. Strength
training is critical for increasing bone density.
- Chisel Up or Chisel Down: All Levels
Offered directly after H.E.A.T. on Saturday
mornings. 30 minutes of either total upper
body sculpting or total lower body sculpting.
- Pure Step: Is just that! Moderate to high
impact, Should have some knowledge of Step.
This no frills class is perfect for those who want
to work hard at a moderate to high pace.
GO FOR IT! 1 Hour.
- Yoga/Power Yoga: All Levels.
Warm those muscles, spine & joints while
practicing dynamic and static variations. Then
add strength, balance and flexibility.
- H.E.A.T: Advanced Level.
This advanced class offers any combinations for
pliometrics, bootcamp, power step, kick boxing
or strength training. It is 100% participant
controlled. 1 Hour.
- K-BO (aerobic kickboxing) Advanced Level:
This kicking & jabbing class is for you. A total
cardio workout that strengthens you body
while learning self-defense moves. The hardest
class you will ever love! 1 Hour.
Saturday morning Aquatic classes have ended
for the season. We will re-start November 2002.
